Microbilogical Status of Foods Served in Food Vending Centers in the Cagayan State University

This study focused on the microbiological quality of foods served in the food centers of the Cagayan State University particularly in the Andrews Campus and Craig Campus. The microbiological quality of four kinds of ready-to-eat food samples sold was assessed in order to draw up strategies to improve the safety of these foods.
