Abstract
:

Brand switching occurs when a consumer who has been using a brand's product moves to another brand's product. The intensity of brand switching would be higher if there was more competiveness among the brands accessible to consumers. Because of the fierce competition among cellular phone service providers, brand switching is expected to be common and widespread. Brand switching has gone through multiple stages and is impacted by a variety of factors such as advertising, price, quality, and brand loyalty.
