(myelogenous leukemia K562, colorectal cancer HCT-15, breast epithelial adenocarcinoma MCF-7, prostate disease PC-3, and lung carcinoma SKLU-1) Less harmful effects are seen with non-cancerous cell lines (COS-7, primate kidney). Using the microdilution method, the combination's antibacterial activity was also evaluated against two Gram-positive and two Gram-negative pathogens. This study's findings demonstrate a synergistic effect between metal complexes and their biological targets, suggesting that metal complexes are more physiologically dynamic than free ligands
