Rural residents report less leisure-time physical activity and lower seatbelt use than their urban counterparts. The provision of health services in rural and remote areas is significantly affected by limited funding and other resource constraints. To facilitate increased access and utilization of quality health service in rural areas and the community to manage primary health programs as well as infrastructure etc. are need of hour.
