The lack of a normative family or their biological family is the main worry for street children. As a result, the family's customary protection and care are lacking. Most street kids are not at home because of things like violence, abuse, and poverty. Being homeless gives impoverished children who have been forced from their homes a means of overcoming their circumstances and having access to alternative sources of income. They must be able to move between different jobs and places because of this predicament; hence, their status as homeless people fluctuates based on their employment and chances of surviving.
